Initial design studies for the new CTE building at San Ysidro High School have yielded a new, nearly 9,000 square foot facility located southwest of Building 700. Program elements include two Construction CTE classrooms, two CTE classrooms, office and green room, a large and open, centrally located construction work area, ample storage, and more than 4,200 square feet of outdoor work and collaboration space. As a result of the removal of the 10 relocatable buildings in the southeast corner of campus, approximately 60 parking stalls have been reclaimed for staff parking.
