Significant modernization and new construction is transforming the campus of Rancho Elementary School.  The site’s existing Admin Building will be fully modernized and receive an 1,800 square foot addition.  The existing MPR stage will also be updated, as well as all existing classroom buildings.

Site improvements include a new separate bus drop off with reconfigured parking lot, site drainage upgrades, and new drought-tolerant plantings at the front of the school.  There will also be a new photovoltaic system to power the campus, and two accessory buildings, a new Kindergarten restroom building and a new supply storage building.

The new 11,600 square foot classroom building includes 6 new classrooms with interior collaboration spaces, a new media center, and new makerspace lab with direct access to an exterior learning garden.  Buildings and additions were carefully sited as bookends, creating a central spine across campus.

This project is currently in construction.
