Sweetwater Union High School District Master Plans

Comprehensive site master plans for five schools in the Sweetwater Union High School District, establishing guiding principles for the future education of district students.

Joan Sparkman Alternative Educational Center

Campus updates incorporate two high schools within one area that also integrate with CSU San Marcos at Temecula, fostering progression into the CSUSM Temecula college program.

Temecula Middle School

Campus-wide modernization updated aesthetics and improved site access and security in several unique ways, including improved ADA access, security gates and interior/exterior upgrades.

Rancho San Joaquin Middle School

New music classroom and support space reconfigured from the existing kitchen area. Our staff carefully designed the space to ensure compliance with District guidelines.

Foothill High School

A comprehensive modernization project, spanning multiple phases and a broad range of elements, including refurbishing the gymnasium and significantly upgrading the HVAC system.

Pepper Drive School

A new 10-classroom building serves as the learning hub for middle school students. This project was the first of a multi-phased, comprehensive campus improvement.

Ocean Knoll Elementary School

A multi-stage modernization emphasizing technology and energy efficiency, this initiative was part of a broader effort to update all nine district schools to meet 21st-century standards.

Pepper Drive School

As an additional project phase, the joint administration, library, and technology building introduced collaborative learning spaces, replacing the previous building.

Olivenhain Pioneer Elementary School

A comprehensive roof upgrade improved sustainability and energy efficiency. Additionally, landscape upgrades featuring native and edible plant materials significantly decreased site water requirements.

R. Roger Rowe School

A new school designed in the traditional Mission Revival style, housing a leading science program, multi-purpose space and performance theater. The project was collaboratively designed with staff, students and locals to support the wider community.
