Ms. Djabiras provides high level architectural drafting and BIM coordination services for a wide scope of projects. As BIM manager, she develops and implements BIM and drafting standards office-wide. She is able to quickly and efficiently draft REVIT details from AutoCAD and has streamlined the project drafting process and continues to increase our high level of productivity every day.
Personal Story
Born in Athens, Greece, Natalie Djabiras moved to Los Angeles with her parents when she was eight years old.
Her father was an architect, and as such had a significant impact on her life.
When Revit came out, Natalie was able to grasp it quickly and enjoyed learning how to use it. Doing renderings was more artistic and appealed to her as an artist.
Moving to San Diego in 2010, Natalie started working at StudioWC in 2014 “I got lucky with StudioWC and could draft a dissertation about it. They’re extremely dedicated to what they do. Bob and Deb don’t just get the job done, they satisfy their clients and make the kids happy—it’s inspiring,” she said. “And I have never seen employers care as much as they do about their employees.”
Natalie went on to say that the dynamic at StudioWC is not about egos. Everyone supports everyone. “I want to work hard for them. The drive to do good by them is big. They’ve created an amazing environment where we don’t want to see anybody fail. People are willing to just jump in, and it’s a wonderful place to work. I love my job. You will never go unnoticed; you will never go unappreciated.”
When asked about the people who have influenced her, Natalie was quick to bring up her father first, followed by her mentor at the first firm she worked at and her mother.
Natalie still visits Greece as often as she can and looks forward to introducing her daughter to her culture and family.
