Susan Sharp is a tremendous asset to the team with over 20 years of experience working in property management and development in Southern California. With extensive experience in construction administration for large scale residential projects and master-planned communities, she has quickly and smoothly transitioned that experience into school construction. Sharp has efficiently grasped the DSA documentation process thanks to our in-house document tracking systems. She readily assists with the creation, submission, and tracking of construction period documents, including addenda, RFIs, CCDs, and the required forms for DSA closeout.
