Our Key Personnel worked closely with Gafcon to complete a Master Plan Update for Grossmont Union High School District for passage of their successful Proposition U Bond Issue. We developed several phasing plans, cost estimates, including immediate needs and long term needs. We completed a mapping update with the District in 2011.
